Refund policy
WE HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Your item must be returned to us within the 30 days of you receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
If there is an indication that the items have been worn, used, pet hairs on the clothing, washed or contain odours we cannot resell these & therefore we have a right to withhold refund/exchange. Your return will be refused & the items will be sent back to you.
SALE ITEMS: we cannot offer exchanges on outlet/sale items, all outlet/sale items can only be returned for refunds.

Damages and issues
For all order related issues the first point of call is to email is us at hello@skeletots.co.uk.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evalute the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order name/ number.

Refunds
We will refund you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If we have any issues with the returned item we will notify you via email.
