Shipping policy

We are a UK small business, all parcels are sent tracked.

Shipping notifications will be emailed along with your tracking details once your order is sent. Please keep track of your parcel. Any parcels that are returned to us will be refunded minus postage.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. However during busy periods or if the item is personalised item dispatch times can be up to 3 working days. UK parcels are sent via 48 tracked.

You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your parcel is on its way to you.

UK shipping is a flat rate of £4.50 no matter how many items you order.

US, SOUTH AMERICA, EU, EEA & NI SCUSTOMERS

Unfortunately, due to the new shipping regulations & tariffs we have had to suspend shipping to the US, SOUTH AMERICA, EU, EEA & NI countries. As far as we can tell the new rules will cause issues for most small businesses who send goods to the US, EU, EEA & Northern Ireland.

If anything changes all updates will be here & posted on our social media so no need to email or message as you will be redirected to this page as this page holds the latest information.

As of now we do not know when/if shipping will resume. Thank you to all our wonderful customers for your support so far, we are just as disappointed as you.

International shipping normally takes up to 7 working days to arrive once shipped. Shipping notifications will be emailed along with your tracking details once your order is sent.

Due to customs this can sometimes delay international orders for up to 30 days. Please only contact us if your parcel does not arrive within 30 days. The courier is unable to give us any information until after this time has passed.

Customs charges are NOT included. International orders may occur additional charges for tax & duty when clearing customs. Please check your countries guidelines.

Please keep track of your order using the tracking information that was sent to you when your order was marked as shipped.
